Registration Requirements: • You must provide a valid and accurate email address • You are responsible for maintaining account security and must not share your account • You are responsible for all activities under your account Account Limitations: • Free users can create up to 2 price alerts • Pro users can create more alerts (specific quantity based on current plan) • Triggered alerts count toward free user quota limits

Pro Subscription: • Pro service costs $1.9/month • Payment is securely processed through PayPal • Subscription auto-renews; you can cancel anytime Refund Policy: • Virtual goods are non-refundable once purchased • If service issues prevent usage, please contact customer support • Special refund requests will be handled case by case

You agree not to: • Use automated tools to abuse the service • Attempt to hack, attack, or interfere with our systems • Register multiple accounts with false information • Use the service for any illegal purposes • Send spam or malicious content Violation Handling: We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.

• Website content (including but not limited to text, images, code, design) belongs to us • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Alert settings created by users belong to the users Price Data Source: Price data comes from third-party API providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the data.
